Return Policy

At Chill and Grow we strive to provide reliable and efficient customer service for our customers. In the event that you are unsatisfied with your order, a refund will ONLY BE GUARANTEED based on the requirements listed: 

• Customers have 30 days from shipment arrival date, to request a refund. After 30 days all sales are final and no refund will be granted.
• Returns must be in original packaging, unopened with original tags.
• Refunds will be initiated upon arrival and inspection of item purchased. If items are damaged, a refund will not be granted.
